Founder of the University for Gifted

Founder of the University of High Potentials, he has guided more than 6,000 people across 39 countries to reclaim their rightful place in the world. But behind this inspiring mentor lies a child who spent years feeling out of sync — hypersensitive, silent... yet driven by a deep quest for meaning.

The Athlete of Heart and Mind

Siegfried Cey is not an ordinary man. His journey draws a rare bridge between physical power, mental clarity, and awakened consciousness. A high-level athlete, accomplished entrepreneur, atypical thinker, and guide for lucid souls, he represents a new generation of humans who refuse to choose between performance and personal fulfillment.

A Hypersensitive Child Who Heard What Others Couldn’t

From a young age, he sensed he didn’t operate like the others. Shy, intense, hypersensitive, he asked existential questions while his peers played with toys. At school and on the playground, he often felt rejected, misunderstood, even too much. That difference could have become a prison. He turned it into strength.

Sport as a First Lever of Alignment

After exploring several sports, it was rowing that he discovered at the age of 14 — a sport of silence, precision, and explosive control. And something clicked. He joined the French national lightweight rowing team, earned 10 national and international medals, and learned a foundational lesson: self-transcendence never lies.

But rowing didn’t just teach him about effort. It demanded extreme precision in weight management — crucial in the lightweight category. Very quickly, he realized that performance could not exist without intelligent, efficient, gram-perfect nutrition.

This constant balance between power, lightness, and recovery turned him into a true expert in performance-based nutrition — long before it became a dedicated field in his professional life.

Transmission Through Sport: Forging Champions, Elevating Souls

For 25 years, he trained and inspired generations of rowers as a coach at the Rowing Club of Marseille, the Cercle de l’Aviron de Marseille, the Aviron Club of Cassis, and at the national level within the Provence-Alpes Rowing League.

He coached medal-winning teams on both national and international stages:
🥇 Women’s quadruple scull world champions in Greece (2014)
🥇 Gold medals at the Coupe de France 2013 and 2014
🥉 Bronze medal in the junior category at the Coupe de France 2015
🥇 Senior men winners of the Coupe de France 2016

At the same time, he served as communications officer for the Provence-Alpes Rowing League, sharing his passion for sport and his deep commitment to transmission.

Entrepreneurship as a Path of Evolution

After his athletic career, he boldly transitioned, applying the performance principles of sport to entrepreneurship.

Discipline, strategy, resilience, energy management — he quickly saw that the codes of athletic success mirrored those of business success.

It’s this deep understanding of the bridge between both worlds that shaped him into a successful entrepreneur. At 24, he founded his first company in communications and advertising. He later became marketing director for two leading French-speaking startups.

But an inner calling remained: to help those who, like his younger self, felt different — too sensitive, too intense, too much of everything.

The Dark Night of the Soul: An Inner Quest

Behind the visible achievements, a more intimate journey unfolded. Identified as intellectually gifted and hypersensitive, he long carried his uniqueness like invisible armor. Only after facing exhaustion, burnout, and a complete identity breakdown did he choose to transform this hypersensitivity into a source of clarity and alignment.

The University of High Potentials: A Sanctuary for the Free and Atypical

This is what led him to create the Université des Hauts Potentiels — a coaching and training center dedicated to the gifted, the atypical, and all those society has never known how to "fit into boxes."

The center quickly became a leader in its field, thanks to an innovative approach — the HP360 Method — and a deeply embodied pedagogy, centered on one core mission: transforming one’s difference into power.

Transmission in Service of Every Talent

Today, he supports business leaders, artists, parents of gifted children, and athletes in transition.

His signature strength? A rare capacity to synthesize massive amounts of knowledge — linking life sciences, human psychology, educational wisdom, and performance strategy into powerful and actionable paths.
